We partner with India's leading courier services (Delhivery, Blue Dart, Shiprocket) to deliver your orders safely across India.

1. Delivery Timelines

  • Prepaid Orders (100% Online/UPI): 2 to 5 Business Days (Fast-track priority dispatch within 24 hours).

  • Partial COD Orders (Pay ā‚¹99 Upfront): 4 to 7 Business Days (Standard processing).

2. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: FREE Express Shipping all over India.

  • Partial COD Orders: Standard shipping rates or handling fees apply as shown at checkout.

3. Delivery & Tracking

  • You will receive a live tracking link via SMS/Email as soon as your order is dispatched.

  • Our courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts.

  • For Partial COD orders, the remaining balance must be paid to the delivery executive at your doorstep. If an order is rejected after dispatch, the upfront booking amount (ā‚¹99) is consumed by the courier transit fees and is non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Missing Items

In case of a damaged or wrong product, please record a continuous, unedited unboxing video and share it with our support team at eezycartstore@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement.
